After visiting one of our other projects in the Brighton Eco Open House week, our client fell in love with the vibrant orange Resilica worktops and kept us in mind, until a few years later, she had the opportunity to build her own eco build, right in her back garden.

Nestled in the Preston Park Conservation area of Brighton , this 4-storey build was neatly slotted into a spare piece of land within their garden, with great care being shown to the heritage of the church next door.

The clever use of the sunken front and rear courtyard gardens allow natural light to flood into the lower levels, while the latest heat recovery and solar PV technology ensures our customers now have a, bright, energy efficient and comfortable new home.
