Project Information
No 1 Bishopsgate is a prestigious 45000ft2 space in the heart of London’s financial District and the client was keen to carry out a category A fit out which met the highest environmental standards to deliver the most efficient and sustainable space for future commercial tenants.
Resilica were asked to develop and supply all the vanity surfaces and splashbacks across 3 floors.
Following the Ska rating methodology, the project was structured, environmentally audited and benchmarked. These measures, including diverting almost 99% of site waste from landfill, utilising sustainable materials, incorporating water reduction and management systems, and reducing energy consumption by 31% and carbon emissions by 381 tonnes, achieved a prestigious Gold Star rating for the project.
