FILWOOD GREEN - BRISTOL

Project information

Filwood Green Business Park in Bristol was originally designed to celebrate the city’s place as the Green Capital of Europe in 2015.

This mixture of office and workshop space was created to nurture the growth of Bristol’s small ECO businesses giving them and their owners space to work and grow and actively engineered the mixing of these people and their ideas.

The main reception areas were seamlessly clad in a colour recipe which reflected its recycled nature and sat well with the natural timbers used throughout.

As a requirement of its European funding, the park was required to meet a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating of over 70%

The build achieved an impressive 93% which placed it in the ‘Outstanding’ category
